Travelling From The North

From the A1 North follow signs for the Metro shopping centre, take the first slip road past the Metro Shopping Centre up to Dunston, ( The slip road is the third one once you pass over the bridge on the River Tyne ). At top of slip road turn left, stay on this road till you a pass petrol station on your left then the  ground is 100 yards round the bend on your left.

Travelling From The South

From A1 South follow signs for the Metro Shopping Centre, exit off at the Whickham & Dunston turn off :-

( Turn off is the fourth exit past the Angel Of The North, the third exit is actually the turn off for the A184 to Gateshead. ) at top of slip road turn right, stay on this road till you pass a petrol station on your left and the ground is 100 yards round the bend on your left.

Parking Info

As the ground is on a main road to the Metro shopping centre which is approximately three minutes away police cones are usually in place outside the ground on Cup days or when large crowds are expected, so

if the car park is full on arrival you will have to park in the streets around the ground.

From Newcastle City Centre, numbers 45, 46, 46A.

From Gateshead Metro, numbers 64 and 65 from Stand D, get off at Dunston Park, if in doubt ask.

Which ever bus stop you get off at look up or down till you spot a petrol station, walk down past the petrol station and Federation Park is about 100 yards round the bend on this road, should take you less than

three minutes to walk.
